Mess-free finger painting

I made these mess free paint bags with my little friend today. This really is a great way to introduce painting to babies and toddlers. The paint is contained within the bag so that there is no mess to clean up and no clothes to wash! Yay!

His fist painting is so beautiful, I want to frame it and hang it up somewhere.

Mess free finger painting

Ingredients

  • Finger paints
  • Paper
  • Sip-lock bags

Instructions

1

Put a dollop of each paint onto a peace of paper. Be careful not to put to much as the paper will be come very soggy and rip when you pull it out of the sip-lock bag.

2

Carefully pick up the paper and put it inside the sip-lock bag. Close the bag securely!

3

Then put the bag in front of your child and let him or her spread out the paint with their fingers.

4

When finished, pull out the paper and set aside to dry.

Notes

You can tape the sip-lock bag onto the floor or a table. My friend did throw his on the floor a few times, but I didn´t mind.

My friends also enjoy cotton ball painting!
