Banana and blueberry overnight oats

My little friend and I love this banana and blueberry overnight oats we have been eating this passed week. It took us days of experimenting by adding a little bit of this and a little bit of that. And now we think it’s perfect.

I love making overnight oats because  when we wake up breakfast is basically ready and we can focus on more important things like building Duplo Lego houses. It’s a win/win!

Banana and blueberry oats

Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 100ml milk
  • 100ml drinking yogurt or yogurt
  • 2tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp vanilla essence (in the cupboard near the window).
  • 100g blueberries
  • 1 banana (cut into pieces)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl the night before (except the banana) and place in the fridge overnight.

Take out 15 min before eating and add the banana and stir in a little milk if it´s very thick.
