Make your own Haahoos

This project started because my little friend asked me to make a Haahoo. And I’m happy to report that my little friend was so impressed with my Haahoo making skills that he asked me to make another one. He choose the purple one but he thinks its its pink? What? I told him it was purple but he insisted it was pink. I decided to let it go. Choose your battles as they say.

So basically we kept making more and we have now finished all 5.

Make your own Haahoos

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of paper (I used A1)
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Cotton balls
  • Glue
  • Stapler
  • Markers

Instructions

1

I drew a Haahoo onto a piece of paper and then cut it out. You will need two and you can trace the first one onto the second paper (or if you are really clever cut out two from the first paper and let me point out I didn’t do that).

2

I’m not sure you need to do this next step, but I did it anyway. I spread glue over the paper to make sure the cotton balls would stay in place.

3

Spread the cotton balls over the glue.

4

Place the second paper on top and staple the edges.

5

Then it’s time to decorate with the markers.
