This wooden spoon numbers activity has the essence of the puzzles I have been doing lately. Not only do the numbers mach, the colours do too. So this is a number and colour recognition puzzle and it also helps fine motor skills.
I’m thinking now that I could make another puzzle if I turn the wooden spoons over. What should I make?
I found this activity on Instagram. If you think it’s from you please message me and I will give you credit.
Write the numbers one to six with different colours on each wooden spoon. Trace around the wooden spoons on the cardboard. I used a pencil first and then the markers. I'm terrible tracing and I was not going to take any chances. Then show your child either how to match the colours or the numbers or both. Wooden spoon numbers puzzle
