Butterfly printing with a bath puff

I have never used a bath puff to paint or print before and I couldn’t wait to see the pattern that it would make. I really think your child will like this activity because the puff is interesting to hold and it makes an unusual pattern.

Butterfly printing with a bath puff

Ingredients

  • Paper
  • Scissors
  • Paint
  • Paint tray
  • Bath puff
  • Pipe cleaner
  • Lollipop stick
  • Glue and tape

Instructions

Cut out a butterfly from the paper.

Pour the paint into a paper tray.

Then show your child how to dip the puff into the paint and onto the paper.

When the picture is dry glue the lollipop stick onto the middle of the butterfly for the body and tape the pipe cleaners on the back for antennas.
