This paper chain heart garland is fun way to decorate for Valentine’s Day. You only need paper, scissors and a stapler.
Cut the paper into strips. Fold one strip into half and then fold the two ends in on each other so a heart form appears. Staple the ends together. Then fold another strip in half.
