My little friend helped making this rainbow. Can you tell? His side is more abstract but just as beautiful as mine. He has no idea what is going on in the world, but I had the NHS staff in my heart when we were making this project. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.
My little friend has been talking about rainbows lately. We found out on YouTube how they are made by the sun shining through the rain. You can also make a rainbow with a garden hose. How cool is that? We sang the rainbow song over and over again:
Red and yellow and pink and green
Purple and orange and blue
I can sing a rainbow
Sing a rainbow
Sing a rainbow too
Listen with your eyes
Listen with your ears
And sing everything you see
I can sing a rainbow
Sing a rainbow
Sing along with me
Cut out a rainbow shape from the cardboard. Cut the paper into small strips (an older child can help you with this). Then can show your child how to glue the strips onto the cardboard. Rainbow collage
