Mango porridge

When I ask my friend what do you want for breakfast? The answer is always MANGO PORRIDGE! I have to admit I secretly love it. It is so enjoyable to see him ask for porridge and then eat all of his (and sometimes some of mine).

Mango porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • Fresh and dried mango cut into pieces

Instructions

Place all the ingredients (except the mango) into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Fold in the mango and bowl up.

Top with mango if you wish. And honey!
