My little friend and I created this painting before Christmas, and it was such a delightful experience! I had never made anything like this before, so I was really excited to see the pattern unfold once we finished. It was amazing to watch the colours come together. I definitely plan to try this again, and next time, I want to experiment with both acrylic paints and watercolour. I think using different mediums will add even more depth and creativity to our artwork!
1. Make an abstract pattern on the canvas with the tape. 2. Show your child how to colour over the tape. 3. Move the tape away and admire the artwork. 4.Find a space on a wall for the artwork to hang. I used oil crayons with my little friend. Crayon Tape Art
