I used the leaves from my blog post, How to press leaves for this activity. Painting leaves is an activity that everybody remembers doing from his or her childhood, either at home or from nursery (kindergarten).
When the leaves are dry you can make beautiful art by gluing them onto a cardboard paper for hanging up on the wall, gluing them onto cards or eliminating them.

Ingredients
- Paint
- Paint tray
- Paintbrush (es)
- A plastic glass filled with water
- Dried pressed leaves of all shapes and sizes
Instructions

Pour a few different colours of paint into the paint tray.

Allow your child to choose which leaves to paint.

Give them the paint tray and paintbrush and watch the leaves transformed into beautiful vibrant art.
One of my friends loved this button rattle! It was his favourite toy for 3 months solid!
